The estate offers exclusive private hire with accommodation for up to 18 people in double beds (or 11 in single beds). You have 5 independent chalets set on the water of a private 3-hectare lake, an outdoor chalet with a kitchenette and the charming 170 m² gîte, with its equipped kitchen and large lounge facing the lake.

A 75 m² seminar room, equipped and bathed in natural light, is at your disposal for workshops, body practices (yoga, meditation) or more formal meetings. A covered terrace lets you gather under shelter facing the lake, for breaks, group meals or convivial moments.

The estate is committed to slow tourism and personalised hospitality. Groups appreciate the calm of the site, the walk around the lake between two sessions, the view over the water and the comfort of the facilities.

A 2-night residential seminar, step by step

  1. Beforehand

    We build the programme together

    Send us your dates, group size and the purpose of the stay. We send a free quote within 24 hours, then plan the timetable, meals and activities with you.

  2. Day 1

    Arrival and first session

    Welcome on site, keys handed over, everyone settles into the chalets and the gîte. In the afternoon, a first working session in the 75 m² room, then drinks on the terrace facing the lake.

  3. Day 2

    Work, nature and team spirit

    Workshops in the morning, in plenary or in breakout groups outdoors. In the afternoon, team building: catch-and-release fishing, a walk around the lake, a workshop with our restaurant Limnades or an activity with our partners.

  4. Day 3

    A calm close

    A final session to wrap up decisions, lunch, then departure in the early afternoon. Nobody has left the estate during the whole stay.

No overnight stay needed? The study day, from 9am to 6pm, from €390 on weekdays in low season for a group of up to 12 people, gives access to the room, the covered terrace and the lake shore. Beyond 12 people, at weekends, outside low season or with options: on quote.

How much does it cost to hire the Domaine du Dahu privately?

The whole estate can be hired from €1,990 for 2 nights, on weekdays in low season. A study day from 9am to 6pm, without accommodation, starts at €390 on weekdays in low season, up to 12 people; beyond that, on quote. Every project gets a free personalised quote within 24 hours.

How many people can you host?

Up to 18 people in double beds, or 11 in single beds, across the 5 floating chalets, the charming 170 m² gîte and the outdoor chalet. For a study day without overnight stay, tell us your group size and we will confirm what the 75 m² room allows.

Is the estate really reserved for our group?

Yes. During a private hire, no other guests are accommodated: the accommodation, the room, the covered terrace and the lake shore are all yours.

Is the 75 m² room equipped?

It is bright, heated by a wood stove and reversible air conditioning, furnished with a large table and opens onto the kitchen and the covered terrace facing the lake. It is not a conference centre: bring your projector and flipchart.

How are meals organised?

Your choice: cook in the gîte’s equipped kitchen and the outdoor chalet’s kitchenette, or, from early November 2026, have Limnades, the estate’s restaurant, prepare some meals, workshops and brunches. We discuss it together when preparing the quote.

What activities can we plan on site?

Catch-and-release fishing on the 3-hectare private lake, paddleboarding or canoeing with your own equipment (life jacket compulsory, no swimming), walks around the lake, wine, cooking or cocktail workshops with our restaurant, and team-building activities with our partners.

Can we hire the estate for a yoga retreat or a course?

Yes. The table can be cleared from the 75 m² room for mats, and the calm of the lake suits meditation, yoga, sophrology or coaching courses. Participants sleep on site, each in their own space.

Where is the estate?

In Sablons, Gironde: 40 minutes from Bordeaux via the A89, 20 minutes from Libourne and its TGV station, 20 minutes from Saint-Émilion. Parking on site.
