Frequently asked questions
How do I book a chalet?
You can book directly via our contact form, by phone or by email. Full payment is required to secure the booking. Cancellation is possible at any time (please refer to the T&Cs).
What amenities are included in the chalets?
All our chalets have a private shower room, heating, quality bedding and linen, a private terrace and a loggia. A shared equipped kitchen is available on the bank a few steps from the floating chalets. Wi-Fi included.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed in our chalets, with a surcharge of €14/pet/night. They must be kept on a lead on the estate and not left alone in the chalet.
Are there activities on site?
The estate is ideal for fishing (carp, pike, zander) and relaxing by the lake. Guests are welcome to bring their own paddleboard or inflatable canoe (life jacket mandatory). Nearby: Saint-Émilion (less than 25 min), the Saint-Pardon tidal bore, Libourne (20 min), cycle paths and the vineyards of Pomerol and Fronsac.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights minimum all year for the Boat chalets and Crique; 3 nights from 25 July to 21 August for the Premium chalets and Love Rooms. Gîte: 2 nights, 3 nights in high and peak season.
